RinadorLux ‑ premium catalog, built for scale

SoftXPro designed and launched a custom Drupal 11 website for RinadorLux with a modular product catalog, AJAX filters, and SEO/performance tuning. Phase II expands with multilingual content, an AI sales bot (WhatsApp/Telegram), a content factory, marketplace integrations, and showroom collateral.

Overview

In Phase I, we delivered a fully custom Drupal 11 platform for RinadorLux: product entities, collections, and a responsive catalog with real-time (AJAX) filtering; Twig front-end and modular CSS; strong SEO foundations and advanced caching. Hosting runs on Pantheon with daily backups, 2FA and Git-based releases. Phase II extends the platform with multilingual content (RO/RU/EN), an AI sales bot on WhatsApp/Telegram, social content production, Google Business optimization, reviews, live chat, 360° virtual tour, and Romanian marketplace listings (eMAG, Doraly, Vivre, CEL).

Approach

Phase I - Website design & build (delivered)

  • Information architecture: product taxonomy (categories, collections, attributes), multi-level navigation and UX flows from homepage → product and back.
  • Custom UI/UX: modular component system (product cards, collection sections, banners), mobile-first layouts, brand typography and color system.
  • Drupal 11 implementation: custom entities for products/collections/attributes, admin roles & permissions, Romanian localization, Twig templates, modular CSS.
  • Catalog with dynamic filters: Drupal Views + Exposed Filters with AJAX for real-time filtering and paginated grids; per-product pages with gallery, specs, availability & delivery info.
  • SEO & performance: semantic URLs, automated meta titles/descriptions, XML sitemap, Schema.org, OpenGraph/Twitter Cards; advanced caching, minification, lazy-loading; PageSpeed results ~>90 desktop / >80 mobile (initial tests).
  • Hosting & ops: Pantheon cloud with daily backups & on-demand restore, uptime monitoring, isolated containers/CDN, 2FA admin access, cron jobs, and Git-based workflow. 

Phase II — Growth & automation (in progress)

  • Support & maintenance: monthly updates, monitoring, backup, small content fixes; SLA response within ~12h.
  • AI Sales Bot (WhatsApp & Telegram): Make.com + WhatsApp Business API (UltraMsg) + GPT-4o; bilingual RO/RU; clarifying questions, sends product images/links, collects leads to Google Sheets, notifies team.
  • Content factory: 10–12 posts/month across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn; bilingual copy, stories, 1–2 reels, scheduled publishing.
  • Multilingual site: enable RO/RU/EN with Drupal translation (i18n/content translation), language switcher, SEO-safe URLs.
  • Google presence: Google Ads & Meta Ads, Google Business optimization + monthly maintenance (posts, reviews, images).
  • Engagement features: product reviews/ratings, live chat (bot/human/hybrid).
  • Showroom kit: designed print catalog (A4 landscape, 16–24 pp), brochures, tech sheets, posters, folders; SoftXPro coordinates printing.
  • Virtual tour: 360° factory/showroom tour by partner vendor + site integration.
  • Marketplace listings (RO): eMAG, Doraly, Vivre, CEL - seller setup, SEO titles/descriptions, imagery; SoftXPro operates listings under RO entity.
  • Marketing plan & KPIs: roadmap with monthly reporting and targets (site traffic, bot leads, marketplace orders, Google Business rank).
